The History Behind Quick-See

Veterinary student Brent Crutchfield was frustrated with the number of times she witnessed an animal's nail being cut too short, resulting in pain and mess. Why was there only a REMEDY (styptic) to this problem and nothing to PREVENT it in the first place? She immediately determined that in a world where we can travel in space and are wirelessly connected to the world, there simply HAD to be a way to solve this problem! So she set her mind to coming up with the solution to the problem of the invisible quick....

A year later in May, 2006, Quick-See was chosen as one of 25 semi-finalists in the History Channel and Time Magazine's Modern Marvels Invention Contest out of over 4300 entries! It was the overwhelming public favorite (over 82%) according to the voting kiosk that travelled with the Exhibit across the US.
